Roadmap
What Spectra ships today, what lands before we accept a first paying pilot, and what we defer until customer pull demands it.
This is the same list the team works from internally. Dates are deliberately not in the public view; the line is what ships, in what order, and what triggers each next step.
Voice navigation in 12 languages
LivePatient holds their phone, says what they want, Spectra walks the portal on their behalf in their first-spoken language. Gemini Live runtime, BCP-47 codes covering the EU's largest migrant populations.
Multimodal input: voice + gesture + keyboard + screen reader
LiveMediaPipe-driven gesture fallback for hand-tremor users. Hands-busy or post-stroke patients pick the modality they can use today.
Synthetic patient-portal demo with FHIR R4 handoff
Live5-beat clinical flow: book, prepare, review, refill, hand off. Every action emits a FHIR-shaped record that a downstream clinical system can index.
Monthly accessibility conformity report (Specialty tier)
In progressA PDF on Spectra letterhead a buyer files with their national accessibility regulator under Directive 2019/882. Covers modalities, languages, portal surfaces, action counts, fallback rates for the period. An Ed25519-signed JSON appendix is bundled for auditors who want tamper-evidence; standard tooling verifies it with no Spectra dependency. Paid Specialty-tier feature (€299 / specialty / month). Per-tenant reports are generated from the real audit log as we dogfood Spectra internally, landing before the first paying pilot.
Per-tenant authentication on the agent endpoints
NextAuth0-backed magic-link login for hospital tenants. Without this, /api/visit and /api/diary are IP rate-limited only. Lands before the first paid pilot.
Per-org persistence of the signed audit log
NextServer-side DynamoDB shadow of every action Spectra takes, scoped to the tenant org. Patient-identifying content stays client-side; only the signed audit envelope leaves the device.
Self-serve Specialty billing (€299 / specialty / month)
NextRevolut Merchant recurring billing, 30-day free pilot, monthly billing on conversion. Single self-serve tier; everything larger is a sales conversation.
Signed Data Processing Agreement template
NextArticle 28 GDPR processor terms, EU AI Act conformity pack appendix, accessibility-specific incident-response playbook. Reviewed with an EU data-protection law firm before the first pilot signs.
Real patient-portal integration with the first pilot site
NextGeneric portal-shape coverage on day one; first pilot site drives the first vendor-specific integration (HSE, NHS, private health, or the patient-portal vendor that lands first).
EAA attestation report shape ratified with one EU national regulator
NextToday the report shape is our best read of Directive 2019/882. After the first regulator review, the shape gets refined to what national authorities actually accept. Runs in parallel with the pilot.
Status page, monitoring, signed incident-response runbook
NextPublic status page, uptime monitoring, signed incident-response runbook. Lands with the first paid pilot.
SSO / SAML / SCIM, self-host, sovereign-EU deployments
LaterProcurement-led asks; built only after the second paying customer requests them. Magic-link auth covers the first pilot.
Direct integrations with Epic, Cerner, EMIS, SystmOne, iCare
LaterVendor-specific integrations land only after a paying customer or an LOI from the vendor pulls them in.
HIPAA BAA and US clinical-evaluation pathway
LaterEurope-first. The US story opens after the first EU pilot signs and a separate clinical-evaluation track is funded.
Talk to us early. If you run a health service or a patient-portal vendor in Europe and one of the "Next" items would unlock a deployment for you, write to hello@aqta.ai with the line item you need. The roadmap is reviewed against pilot conversations every two weeks.
